We are URGENTLY in need for an energetic Pizzaiolo for our client in Hong Kong. Relevant craft qualifications to a high standard with proven track record of excellent food preparation and production skills. Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety issues as well as a Pizza production operation. At least two years experience in Catering Industry and strong at waste management, portion control and working to targeted figures.
