I have a Sociology Degree and I have been working in the hospitality industry in the management field for the last 9 years. My first 8 years I have been employed as an Assistant Manager for Sydney Hilton,a 585 rooms 5 star hotel in Australia, and also as Assistant Front Office Manager for the Amsterdam Hilton. Upon my return to Australia, I was employed by a Spa Chakra, a 5 star Day Spa as a Spa Director.With this task I was responsible for the recruitment and training of new team. Also the set up and the organization of standards and procedures of the new establishment in order to achieve successfully plan and targets, including building a team, clientele and retail trends. I am currently employed by Stamford Plaza Double Bay Hotel, as Assistant Front Office Manager. This property is a deluxe 5 star hotel, where Hollywood celebrities and US presidents stay when coming to Sydney. I have excellent communication skills, customer service focus, and very commited. I have worked with different hotel computer systems like "Fidelio". I am multilingual and I am moving to Taipei in less than one month as my partner has lived and works in Taiwan.
