a. Headed the Shop Floor Control department, responsible for implementing GE Fanuc CIMPLICITY HMI SCADA software in automobile plants in China Motor Corp. (Mitsubishi) and Yulon Motor Co. (NISSAN) in Taiwan.
b. Executed medium scale RFID (Escort Memory Systems) projects for tracking car bodies and parts, interfacing the system to Central Control room SCADA software for data transmission.
c. The key order from DELL Computer (China) Co. Ltd., Xiamen, China was procured to automate their computer assembly plant. It consists of Escort Memory Systems make RFID devices connected in a multi-drop fashion.
The Server computer running ThinkNDo PC-based automation software communicates to these devices through a suitable Interface converter.
d. Cimplicity Routing Control Object sites were designed, developed and implemented based on the client's requirement in Body Shop. Refurbishment of old plant logic with new version of Cimplicity HMI SCADA in Yulon Motor Co., Taiwan. This included both the Body Shop and Paint Shop area. Comphehensive consultation for Cimplicity HMI (Tracker and RCO) was
provided to the client.
e. Feasibility research to explore suitability of Wonderware FactorySuite and ThinkNDo HMI software packages for Taiwan, China and Malaysian Industries, was done.
