JOB DESCRIPTIONS/EXPERINCES:

· Working as Assistant Manager (Administration)/ Personal Secretary in the only state-run Oil & Gas Corporation named Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla) from 1999. The key responsibilities are to perform all administrative and clerical works, coordinate with other government, non-government & donor agencies, prepare and maintain of the appointments and work schedule for the high officials of the company, documentations, arrange training, seminar, workshop & other presentational programs, handling of Computer, Photocopier, Fax and Phones, maintain communication through e-mail & internet and staffing.

· Worked as Program Officer in a research firm named Research Evaluation Associates for Development (READ) from 1997 to 1999. Key responsibilities was to do all administrative and clerical activities, maintain logistics, office equipments etc, prepare work schedule for the field teams, provide logistical support to the field team, collect data from the field, interview the target group of surveys, prepare communication materials to be used in rural areas.

· Worked with several senior Professors of the University in various projects to interview the target groups, collect data from the fields, data entry, analyze the data, help the specialists in writing the project reports etc.

· Conduct several workshops on the Unification of Health & Family Planning Activities in Bangladesh in different locations of the country. Participants were the senior Health & Family Planning Professionals of the country.
