Ø Coaching people on Internet and assisting them to open up an new accounts email addresses.
Ø Teach them how to access the information on the Internet.
Ø Also help them for scanning the document and to email the attachments as well.
Ø Also help them in typing the documents and assignments as well.
Ø I’am also helping them of searching the assignments on the Internet.
Ø I’am also doing admin work if I have no people on Internet.
Ø You see the concepts Internet I find that to some people is knew they also ask some question.question like what can I do with Internet what things they valuable for me on Internet.
Ø But I’am trying my level best to make sure my customers are get to used it.
Ø To me I see a challenge to my job I’am doing I like it and I enjoy it.
Ø My focus is to teach black market and white market people who don’t know
Anything about Internet.
Ø But on my job my customers comes first.
Ø What ever I did on my job I just make sure that my customers get satisfied with my job.
Ø I learn a lot on this Industry sometimes I find time some people they don’t know at all about Internet so I try to be patient and train that person from the
Strech.
Ø But at the end I find that person he/she needs someone who is patient but by the time we finish I find that person is getting to used it.
Ø I’am the one who is responsible for daily banking and stock takings.
Ø Daily computer maintenance
Ø Also sell the computers to the people they need it.
