PROJECT DETAILS:
1. Project as Part of the P.G.Diploma in VLSI
Name: “Bluetooth Baseband”
Description: The entire packet includes the Header, Access Code & the Payload Error detecting and correcting codes CRC (8,16 Bits), 1/3&2/3 FEC, Bit stream processing, Error Encoding, Whitening of different data packets are implemented using Verilog HDL.
Tools used: ModelSim for simulation and Leonardo for synthesis purpose
2. Final Semester Project as Part of the B.E Curriculum
Name: “Employee Management System”
Description: It was application of Smart Card .The Employee made use of these cards to mark their daily attendance’s. The Smart card, which consisted of IC 89C1051, needed to be inserted in the Reader Section If The code matches then the Entrance Door is opened else the buzzer operated.
College sponsored The Project. The Project also won Second Prize in Technofest-2002.
Tools Handeled :
· XILINX – Xilinx Foundation Series 5.1
· Front End Tools - Modelsim Simulation Tools, Leonardo Spectrum, Pspice – analog simulation, VLSI Trainer kits(FPGA and CPLD), ADMS for mixed signal designing.

IEE E 802.11: - It is the protocol used in Wire-less LAN (WLAN’s) .It has the potential to replace the present LAN system as this provides the data transmission through radio frequency.
