In the process of meeting project deadlines and remaining under budget, I analyzed and guided the evaluation of retail business process requirements; use case scenarios, and systems specifications while monitoring development progress. I also provided project change control, resource allocation, scheduling, and integration testing and launch. Some of my notable projects include:
> Implementing over $5M in cost saving procedures spanning multiple programs over two years.
> Leading the development of a complete retail business management application utilizing UML, designing the application, technology, and data structures as well as the network infrastructure; created the technology and application architecture documentation, devised process designs, and wrote user guides for each module.
> Directing an EAM and HMI project and implementation for a telecommunications company, involving asset management/modeling, procurement management, inventory/vendor management, and financial analysis to minimize project duration.
> Incorporating a third-party procurement system into an AVANTIS purchase requisition module through requirements assessment and VB program development; devised the broad-system business planning, sales, and marketing plans.
> Managing and migrating Primalux AIM (Asset Integrity Management Software) from an Oracle 8i platform, including stored procedures, functions, and database schema to MS SQL Server 2K.
> Project managing and implementing enterprise asset management solutions to south Asian customers in Taiwan for the telecommunication and entertainment industries, and managing complete product development life cycles.
