* Qualifications:
-Chartered Secretary (UK) since 1994 & become
Associate member of MAICSA in 1998 (after gained 4
years relevant experience as Company Secretary).
-a graduate of A.I.A (International of Accountant, UK)
in 2000.
-Just completed "Certified Financial Planner" in June
2002 and still waiting for the result.
* Working Experience:
-3 years in Public Accounting Firm as Audit Asiistant,
Tax Assistant & also Assistant to Company Secretary.
-1 year in Public Listed Company in Malaysia as
Assistant to Company Secretary.
-7 years (until now) in Manufacturing Company working
as HR Manager.
