(i.e. Crown House Engineering) are to design, build finance and operate (DBFO) the South Tees Acute Hospital Single Site Development in Teesside costing around £150 million. As a package QS my main responsibilities within the team is to plan and control financial resources, from liaison with
subcontractors for quotations and tenders to monthly
internal/external valuations, liabilities forecast and
payment certification.
