Job Title : Account Manager
Job description:
Responsible for the total performance of high profile accounts, and the development of new accounts for sales and service. The candidate must be an effective and efficient communicator, both with the customers and internally within the selling organisation.
· Manage the strategic relationships for assigned accounts and assure we are exceeding their expectations.
· Develop good understanding of product capabilities and value proposition so as to secure or expand sales in named accounts.
· Promote and manage the aftersales service, for product at customer sites throughout Southern China
· Support marketing initiatives.
· Liason with head office in Suzhou, management of logistics related to spindle repair.
Job requirements:
· A self motivated individual with a high sense of responsibility
· Excellent communication skills, good grasp of English.
· Ability to make quick decisions and work in a fast paced environment.
· Good technical understanding of printed circuit board production.
· Previous sales or customer service experience.
· University degree is minimally required.
