Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales of high value products, services and solutions as well as related consulting services and training. Accountable for closing sales in order to achieve or exceed individual quotas and company business objectives. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within established territory. Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices. Manages customer relationship and influences customers' requirements specifications. Refers leads and opportunities for products and solutions outside of territory to appropriate sales or consulting personnel. Develops and maintains selling technical and product skills as required. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales related matters; understanding of customer's business and product requirements is necessary. Fully knowledgeable about company products. Negotiates and closes all Purchase Agreements and applicable related agreements. Serves as the focal point for account management. Estimated OTE: TWD 1.4 m
Requirements:
- Demonstrates depth/breadth of knowledge/skills in own
products/markets; uses new and innovative selling techniques. Applies knowledge/skills through handling complex problems and/or coordinating work that may extend beyond own area of expertise; shares expertise with colleagues and other departments
- Anticipates client needs, investigates underlying causes and
identifies short and longer term solutions; creates and leads business development plans over the short to medium term. Interprets internal/external business issues; makes changes to own and others' work to meet these. Manages cost for own sales projects; aware of profitability needs.
- 6-8 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Software and Hi-Tech
