University Graduate, Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Must have excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
Experience of training personnel,high energy level with
determination and goal oriented. Must be a good communicator.
Marketing or Sales experience not necessary as full training
will be given.
Hotel Dynamics is an Australian based company and a market
leader in the field of operating loyalty marketing programmes
for 5-star and deluxe hotels throughout the world. Your
job will be to organise and run marketing programmes which
last up to six months at a time. This involves recruiting,
training and administering a sales team of up to 40 peoople.
