JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
I. Training and Development
Responsible for the overall management of the training and development functions of the Direct Sales Teams encompassing all levels of staff and to participate in activities aimed at improving standards while ensuring that the Direct Sales Division’s philosophy is sustained and objectives meet.
- Educate and train Direct Sales Teams, Direct Sales Managers and Branch Trainers on the Company’s Selling System.
- Assist Direct Sales Managers in improving crossline selling results.
- Identify, hire, train and develop a group of trainers for Branches.
- To develop and standardize training materials/program for all Branches.
II. Performance Tracking
Responsible for the overall development of reliable system to manage, coordinate and keep track of the performance budgets of Direct Sales Teams and Direct Sales Managers.
- Provide management timely and accurate reports of the performance budgets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis of Direct Sales Teams and Direct Sales Managers.
ROLE & AUTHORITY:
1. Recruiting and selection of Branch Trainers;
2. Assist the National Direct Sales Director in the recruitment and selection of Direct Sales Team.
3. Meet or exceed Direct Sales Division staffing and production budgets.
4. Working directly with Direct Sales Managers and Branch Trainers to improve production results and customers.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Develop training plans with the approval of the National Direct Sales Director.
2. Meet or exceed all goals and implement all strategies.
3. Report strategy, action plans and results as required by National Direct Sales Director.
4. Utilize and implement with Direct Sales Teams, Branch Trainers and Direct Sales Managers the best practices and activities as outlined.
5. All other duties duly assigned.
