Technical Support Enginners

Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out all technical issues of product deployment in both Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, providing high quality services, fast and effective responses to customers' requests and problems in order to maintain excellent relationships with clients.
To be qualified for the captioned position, you should ideally possess:
- a recognized degree in computer- or engineering-related discipline
- at least 2 year experience in HP Unix or Sun Solaris & RDBMS like Oracle, Sybase or Informix
- exposure in working with Telecom or Mobile network is absolutely an asset
- good English and conversational Mandarin
- working experience in overseas is highly appreciated
