Implement Peoplesoft HR version 7.3-8.0 in Taiwan facility. Base, benefits, health and safety are the modules. Included will be building of the server. Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of work. Must have project management skills, people skills, reporting skills, and the ability to identify resources needed to completet the project. Bi-lingual (English and Chinese) is preferred. This is a contract position and the rate is open.
