To establish/implement operational goals/objectives, direct/delegates objectives/assignments to people in the organization, make quickly proper problem determination, take actions to solve the problems and report the problems precisely to Product Support Group and Engineering at the factory to obtain the right reference and corresponding support.
Min. 5 years of management experience in semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing or semiconductor industry, good in spoken and written English and Chinese, university graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
