Responsibilities:
Customer Quality Engineering & Audit Organization that supports Quality interface to customer & proactively moves quality upstream to prevent problems in AAP, MSDS, MSWC & SPG businesses
CQE support for MSDS Business
Active role in Quality aspects of new product development, pro-actively manage customer interface, review & negotiate customer Q&A specs, define & implement corrective action plans, manage qualification & problem prevention on new products, determine future direction of Quality Processes
Skills required:
Previous SC industry exp.
Excellent communication & facilitation skills
Capability to lead cross-functional & cross-regional improvement teams
Demonstrated professionalism in customer interface.
Thorough understanding of customer Q&R requirements & operational procedures, Quality specs, A/T & W/F processes
Strategic thinking, project management, supervisory, relationship building.
