Responsibilities:
Advanced Computer Products (SPARC) microprocessor development & productization
Productization support for UltraSPARC-III Microprocessor
Test program development & support, debug & failure analysis, characterization, yield improvement & cost reduction
Device hardware & software generation to support productization & ramp to full production readines
Qualification testing & reliability hardware generation
Skills required:
Teradyne Vega and/or J97X tester experience preferred
Hardware/Software knowledge, with ability to generate & debug test programs for production & qualification support
Must be able to work on their own
Knowledge of SUN Unix scripting & perl/C++ preferred
Knowledge of ESD/Latch-Up/Op-Life/Environmental Testing preferred
Knowledge of UltraSPARC sram architecture & device specifications
Teradyne J97X tester knowledge, programming & operation
AEHR/MCC Burn-in oven systems knowledge - hardware & software
CMOS processes
Semiconductor reliability & failure analysis
Design of experiments, data analysis.
