Responsibilities:
Achieve fast yield ramp for C05 process technology pilot line
Identify & eliminate systematic & random defects causing yield loss in C05 pilot line
Specific loop responsibility as well as general overall troubleshooting in support of fast cycle time & yield learning
Experience in troubleshooting systematic/random defects in production line
Skills required:
Proficiency with KLA-2138 & AIT inspection, SEM review, Quest, defect source identification, logic process flows/integration issues
Defect control expertise in C05 technology
Inspection recipe optimization expertise for KLA-2138 SAT/RAT, AIT-11, & auto defect control (ADC)
Expertise in data collection & presentation for driving actions
Work inside wafer fab 6-8 hrs/day.
