Texas Instruments has always led the field in the development of the electronics that have transformed everyone's lives and are the world leader in Digital Signal Processing Solutions. DSPS, used heavily in wireless communication and hard-disk drives is a major technology fuelling growth in new applications such as internet appliances, TV set-top boxes and cameras.
To continue to innovate, Texas Instruments need engineers that are the best in their field and they offer an opportunity to play an active role in designing the future of electronics and in turn shape the way that people live in the future.
Responsibilities:
Perform parametric & product / SRAM level yield/characterization analysis to identify cause of malfunction, failures & implement appropriate experiments/characterization to identify & fix failure causes
Test & characterization, (Vbox, Iddq, Schmoo, stress, etc.)
Data Analysis (parametric, Inline, MP, ESDA, KLA, etc) & SAS application program development, communicate results clearly
SRAM/Product design & functionality comprehension. Conduct experiments as needed to identify & confirm process/design fixes
Hardware & Software development for special test/characterization
Close interaction with design, product engineering, process integration, test engineering
Manufacturing & product development engineering.
Skills required:
ATE knowledge (Logic &/or memory)
Device physics (s/c fundamentals)
Design/electrical circuit (function/fundamentals).
PC std software tools (ESDA, MS office, etc)
