Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise to wide range of Mixed-Signal Custom products
Responsible for architecture realization of broad range of Mixed-Signal Device development
Rebuild sustainable revenue base & strong customer relationship focus
Coordinate both internal & external development teams to bring best technical talents & solutions to realize complex analog device developments
Technical lead on broad range of Mixed-Signal device developments
Coordinate internal & external development resources
Foster collaboration of internal technical Talents to insure best solutions are being explored
Participate in comprehensive design reviews
Skills required:
Individual Circuit design as needed, either in part or in whole
Broad knowledge base of Mixed-Signal Analog architectures & circuit design
Highly motivated to build business
Well respected by peers & presents technical Leadership skills in collaborative manner
Good customer interface
Good team leadership & mentorship skills
Self motivated & drives for results
Knowledge of CMOS & BiCMOS Analog circuits
Prefer U.S. equivalent Master's Level Degree
