Our requirements :
1. in-depth working experience on JAVA with Servlet and JSP technology
2. in-depth experience in using Oracle Workflow Builder
3. experience in the Oracle 11i HRMS and payroll functions
4. knowledge on PL/SQL, SQLPLUS
5. knowledge on HRMS APls.
Core Duties :
1. provide customizations on Oracle Self-Service HR
2. perform development tasks using JSP
3. perform unit testing and integrated testing to Oracle HRMS
The candidate's job is to do customisation on Oracle Self service HR.
Naturally, someone with Oracle HRMS background will help the candidate to perform better in his assignment.
The candidate's job is to develop additional functions in Oracle Self Service HR. As Oracle Self Service HR is an internet application, Java is required. On top of that, the candidate must be familiar with Oracle Workflow. Oracle Workflow is another product which the Oracle Self Service HR sits on it.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has done customisations on Oracle Self Service products. This is the first technical criteria. Those who have experience in doing customisations on Oracle Self service products
will be familiar with Java and Oracle Workflow.
Supporting Oracle HRMS will not be the candidate's main job. The main job is to do the customisation on Oracle Self Service HR.
