Genesys Technical lead for CTI
This is a technical lead for the implementation of a call center solution using Genesys and Point. This person will also run requirement workshops.
> Requirement:
> * experienced in Genesys, particularly ERS, OCS and ICS
> * knowledgeable & experienced in CTI, IVR
> * has implemented at least 2 call centre projects using Genesys
> * has excellent communications skills
> * knowledge of POINT would be an advantage
