Our client, a leader in the region in developing and managing infrastructure and building is currently expanding its team of Architects.
As the Project Architect, you will play a key role in various aspects of architectural design and practices, including construction supervision and management of various projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good Degree in Architecture from a University recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience
- Being registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be an advantage
- Flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing
- Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practices
- Strong planning, organisational, supervision and project management skills
- Proficient in rendering 3-D perspectives drawings and AutoCAD
