Our client, a leader in the region in developing and managing infrastructure and building facilities is seeking for a Design Architect. He/she will perform a challenging role in the conceptualisation of architectural designs for various projects, varying in scale and complexity.
He/she is expected to possess the following attributes and qualifications:-
- Good Degree in Architecture from a University recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural design practices (Fresh graduates may be considered)
- Being registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be an advantage
- Strong flair for design, and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to sketch fast and produce good design concepts
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
