Our client, a leader in the region in developing and managing infrastructure and building facilities is seeking for a PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT.
As the Principal Architect, you will lead the Business Development Unit in identifying and developing potential overseas school projects.
You will undertake the key role of establishing contacts, and presenting our architectural designs and services to clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good Degree in Architecture from a University recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Being registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling overseas projects is desired
- Experience in business development will be an advantage
- Strong flair for architectural design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
