Our client, a leading multinational provider of end-to-end logistics solution is seeking for a QA Manager for its IT division.
The successful candidate will help the Programme Director to run the QA department, establish and maintain policies, guidelines and processes to govern quality practices within the IT division.
He/she should have a bachelor degree or higher in IT/Computer Science/Engineering related discipline. MBA graduate would be an advantage.
He/she should have minimum 8 years of workign experience in IT, with at least 3 years of managerial experience in IT Quality Mangement. Experience in Software Vendor environment is preferred; End-User environment with goos Quality Management practices will be considered.
The candidate is expected to have proven working experience or knowledge in the following areas:-
- Implementation of effective policies and metrics program to govern all aspects of the project management, development and maintenance of quality software.
- Software Development and Maintenance Lifecycles and Methodologies.
- Software Testing Methodology
- Automated Software Test Management
- Enterprise Configuration Management
- Risk Management Concepts & Methodology
- ISO 9001 and/or CMM and/or equivalent quality mangement system
