Requirements
1) At least 2 years of IT working experience.
2) 4GL knowledge (preferably PowerBuilder/Access).
3) Software applications knowledge.
4) Oracle database knowledge.
5) DOS and Windows Operating Systems knowledge.
6) NT and Unix Server experience.
7) General networking knowledge.
8) LAN & WAN knowledge will be beneficial.
9) Good communication and inter-personal skills.
10) Chinese speaking.
Job Duties :
1) To support the Warehouse Management System.
2) To support Server, NOS and LAN infrastructure.
3) To provide end-user telephone and on-site support.
4) To perform systems and network performance tuning.
5) To pro-actively monitor, pre-empt, diagnose and rectify systems and network related problems.
6) Backup Operations
7) Evaluation and recommendation of network tools and products
8) Documentation and provide user-training.
