Function Marketing Assistant

Main Responsibilities
• Concept, Layout, Coordination and Production of marketing material
• Marketing assistance to the main customers / distributors
• Coordination between Swiss Headquarter Marketing and Asian Market
Duties • General assistance to the Managing Director Katadyn Singapore
• Customer attention, documentation and technical support
• Assistance in and preparation of Marketing events (Tradeshows, Mailings, Promo-tions, Clinics, etc.)
• General sales and administrative work
Skills and Qualifications
• A few years marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods
• Good communications and visualization skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Flexible
• Experienced PC user (word, excel, power-point)
Reports to Managing Director Singapore
Employment starting 60 % / 100 % in 2003
