We are looking for suitable candidates to join our team to work at a Foreign Multinational Company. Basic Requirements
1) Good communication (especially telephony), inter-personal and written skills.
2) Customer and service oriented (must be patient and is a good listener).
3) At least 6 to 12 months of working experience on PC Hardware, MS Win 9X / Win2K, MS Win NT Workstation and/or Standard Software (MS Office, Anti-Virus Software, Browsers, etc). AS/400 experience will be beneficial.
4) Able to work in fast paced environment.
5) Able to work independently and in a team.
6) Posses positive, friendly and cheerful working attitude.
7) Fresh Diploma graduates with good computer skills are also welcome to apply.
Job Duties
1) Provide telephone support to local end-users by following the standard guidelines and liaise with regional Helpdesk teams on country related IT matters.
2) Logging of helpdesk calls and documentation of all user requests and problem resolutions.
3) Management of Structured Cabling System and Network Devices.
4) Adhere to the Helpdesk and End-user Support Service Levels at all time.
