To support our business growth, we are looking for suitable candidates to grow with the company. As a Business Manager (Associate Partner), you will be part of the key team to built the company’s culture and engage in our business expansion plan. You will work closely with our major clients (mostly Foreign MNCs and large Local Listed Companies).

Interested candidates should have :
1) At least 5-10 years of IT / IS working experience in an enterprise environment.
2) Complete SDLC experience and have managed large software development projects. DataCentre
experience will be beneficial.
3) Financial/Banking, Insurance, IT Vendor, Telco, Airline or Manufacturing industry experience.
4) Vast recruitment experience.
5) Good communication, written and inter-personal skills.
6) Enterprising (willing to take some risks).
7) Able to work in fast-pace environment.
8) A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
The job responsibilities are :
1) To actively conduct technical interviews.
2) To scope and support clients' recruitment and outsourcing requirements (projects).
3) To built and manage a team of technical recruiters.
4) To assist in regional expansion activities.
