Responsibilities :
1) Organise, plan and execute the implementation and support of a large-scale program: high-availability system with island-wide network of client workstations and mobile computers.
2) Monitor and control the program progress, budget, cost, schedule and deliverables; while providing leadership to project teams in the areas of system and application development.
3) Responsible for anticipating and resolving business and technical issues together with the teams, vendors and customers.
Requirements :
1) Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
2) At least 10 years working experience (with 5 years' of relevant experience).
3) Project management experience in at least one successful large scale project.
4) Experience in system design and architecture.
5) Familiar with military or law-enforcement command and control applications.
6) Team player with initiative and ability to work independently under tight schedules.
