Requirements :
The candidate should preferably possess the following skills:
At least 3 years' relevant working experience in opening un-chartered sales markets
At least 3 years' sales experience in IT software and services
Regional experience preferred
Experience in complete software development life-cycle
Proven record of strategic selling/key account management in IT sales
Experience in gathering and analyzing market and competitors information
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent Customer Relations Management and Entertainment skills
Desire to travel
Be task-oriented and independent but at the same time a good team-player
Knowledge of Police, Fire Service and Military related operations would be preferable but not essential for the right candidates
Have lots of initiative, drive and zest!
Conclusion : someone who works hard and plays hard
Experience in typical Government Tendering Process and Tender Bid Management is an advantage
Responsibilities :
The responsibilities and tasks required of the candidates are:
Responsible for the Book Orders and Profitability targets
Create and identify new business opportunities for our business
Establish relationships with key decision-makers, and successfully drive the sales process with both existing and potential customers
Perform SWOT analysis and devise sales strategies
Support tender bids in terms of all commercial matters
Deliver business value to accounts, build on customer relationships and close the sales
Understand the buying cycles of customers; as well as draw on your strategic selling skills and our technical resources to sell complete, integrated solutions to our customers
Negotiate with customers, peers, partners and vendors, employing a Win/Win philosophy
Work with technical support teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and business ethics.
Creative with the ability to assist customers visualize their requirements.
Singaporean or Singapore PR.
Preferably Multi-lingual (Chinese, English, Malay or other languages).
