Requirements :
1) Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2) At least 5 years of IT working experience (Treasury experience preferred)
3) Singaporean or Singapore PR (preferably Chinese speaking)
4) Good communication and Inter-personal skills
5) Excellent project management and organizational skills
Job Duties :
1) To carry out requirements study.
2) To implement, maintain and support a Treasury Business System.
3) To lead a team of developers.
4) To work closely with users/vendors/partners and ensure the system delivery meets business specifications.
