Requirements
1) GCE ‘O’ Levels or Higher
2) Computer literacy is essential
3) Good communication skills, both written and oral
4) Good working knowledge of:
a) Desktop operating systems, including Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT
b) Desktop applications, including Internet Explorer and MS Office
5) Problem solving skills
6) Good team player essential
7) Highly self motivated
8) Customer focus essential
9) Familiar with current mobile phone trends and usage
10) Singaporean or Singapore PR and preferably Mandarin speaking.
Job Duties
1) Call logging, management, escalation, correction and closure in a professional, service oriented manner, and to the level determined by Service Agreements.
2) Provide responsive and professional point of contact for Customer Interaction Center’s enquiries or requests
3) Effectivly resolve basic and frequently occurring problems during first contact, utilising Support tools.
4) Taking care of the daily communication between the Customer Interaction Centers and the Application Support function in technical issues.
5) Solve / filter registration / application related problems coming in from the Customer Interaction Centers in APAC.
6) Interaction between Customer Interaction Centers and the 2nd and 3rd tier Application Support Team
