Our client (a foreign Multinational Company located in Tuas) has immediate opening (1 year contract or longer) for the above position. Requirements
1) At least 2 years of IT working experience
2) 4GL knowledge (preferably PowerBuilder/Access)
3) Software applications knowledge
4) Oracle database knowledge
5) DOS and Windows Operating Systems knowledge
6) NT Server experience
7) General networking knowledge
8) LAN & WAN knowledge will be beneficial
9) Good communication and inter-personal skills
Job Duties :
1) SDC Support
- monitor daily uploads
- SDC upgrades
- BB Troubleshooting (TPMS)
- Support operators and operations lead on day-to-day operations
2) ADC Singapore/Japan
- Monitor scanner issues
- Troubleshoot access point & network connection issues
- Monitor transaction manager for inventory accuracy
3) General Support
- SFC's day to day issues
- APAC inventory application
- Change backup tapes & send it for out-station back up
