·To take key role in managing the overall software development process.
·Must have at least 4 years prior experience in managing the complete software development life-cycle for large-scale enterprise projects.
·Prior working experience with CMM-certified organization highly regarded; working experience with other QA system frameworks (e.g. ISO9000) or other formalized processes will be helpful.
·Candidates with managerial experience in operational role (e.g. post-sales project implementation, data center management, technical support management, customer relationship management, training development and management, etc.) are preferred, and will have further opportunities for more advanced roles.
