Job Description – Executive Director
Our Management team is looking for a Senior Executive Directors for Taiwan, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan to help establish business and client relationships in Asia’s manufacturing sector. The Senior Executive Director will be responsible for daily operations, management and strategic planning.
This person will function in an external customer-facing role and manage projects in order to design, deliver and implement e-manufacturing solutions. The Senior Executive will perform in a functional or technology management role to design and deliver technology and business processes/solutions as a part of Supply Chain technology and functional implementation.
The candidate must have a strong knowledge base of high-tech manufacturing and supply-chain technologies. We are seeking a person with proven leadership capability as well as an acquisitive mind, capable of conceiving and implementing forward thinking solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with technology and integration partners to define and execute service parameters for SIMNTECH’s various product and service offerings.
Project management responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members as well as developing work plans and financial budgets, estimating, and scheduling, team coaching and mentoring.
Coordinate daily efforts among the research and development staff, human resources, technology development, partnership coordination, sales and marketing, business development, technology development and legal departments.
Assess user requirements information for accuracy, design functional architecture to support user requirements, specify deliverables to be produced during functional design.
Recognize individuals and groups for their achievements.
Qualifications
Candidates must have an overall average of 3-8 years experience with a background in the manufacturing and supply-chain industries.
Ability to develop realistic work estimates, financial budgets and timelines and measure progress and revise work plan ability to escalate to management risk issues affecting project status
Ability to monitor scope and execute change control process
review project deliverables for accuracy
Previous background in Senior Management and/or Consulting is strongly preferred.
