Job Duties and Requirements
1) A Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
2) At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
3) Position A : Tape Operations Analyst (Permanent)
* Support the Datacenter Operations primarily in the area of Tape Library Operations
* Able to supervise a team of tape librarians preferably in both the Mainframe and Open system environment
* Review and streamline tape librarian operations procedures
* Knowledge on Automated Tape Library systems like StorageTek silos.
Requirements :
* IBM Mainframe Experience
* Mainframe Navigation, JCL skills, REXX or CLIST programming
* Tape management software eg CA-1, Control-T
* Open system
* Tape management software eg Reelbackup, Tapesys
Position B : Report Management Analyst (Contract)
* Support the Datacentre Operations
* Able to automate Report printing and archival jobs
Requirements :
* Experience on Report management software like Control-D, Control-D/PC, WSF/2, RMDS and/or CA-Reports
* Experience on Report Archival Software like IBM OnDemand, Filenet and/or
Unisys COLD
* JCL Skills and Mainframe Navigation, REXX or CLIST programming
* Unix Skills, script programming, C-programming
* Experience working as Operations analyst, Datacenter Operations support.
