Requirements
1) A Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
2) General understanding of technological environment
3) Good communication and inter-personal skills
4) AS400 experience is preferred
5) Experience in a control function will be beneficial
6) Novell Application Launcher and Turnover experience will also be beneficial
Job Duties
1) DAILY FUNCTIONS
* Monitor and follow up on local change requests raised for their adequacy and appropriateness of information
* Collate and analyze across the various change requests for any possible conflict during implementation
* Conveying possible conflicts in Singapore's change requests to the regional Change Management and act as a liaison for conflict management
* Provide appropriate training on the Change Management System
* Implements assigned change requests, specifically for software promotion (via Turnover application) and software distribution (via Novell Application Launcher & shared drives)
* Prepare and submit appropriate reports on local change requests
* Documentation of appropriate processes and procedures
2) STRATEGIC FOCUS
* Refining and improving the Change Management Process
* Defining the user requirements of the Change Management System and assist in testing and deployment of new releases of Change Management System
