Requirements
1) A Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2) a) Position A (Manager Level – Permanent position)
- At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience on 0S/400, NT, Netware and/or Firewall Security administration and support
- Have good understanding of Network/Systems Security Policies
b) Position B (Contract Position)
- At least 1- 2 years of relevant experience on 0S/400, NT, Netware and/or Firewall Security administration and support
3) Good written, communication and inter-personal skills
4) ISS Certification will be beneficial
Job Duties
1) To create and maintain new user ids/accounts
2) To support Application Developers and end-users on IT Security aspects
3) To pro-actively monitor, pre-empt and rectify security related problems
4) To assist in new project implementations
5) To evaluate and recommend new IT security products/solutions
6) To document new security procedures/setup
7) To advise management on new IT security policies
