The Job:
-Lead a group of consultants to provide web-based application services
-Develop and retain a group of capable, dedicated and motivated consultants
-Continually improve a department's day to day operations
-Department's spokesperson and represent department in cross functional units meeting
-Assist in writing proposal and win major projects
-Disseminate company policy and direction changes to subordinates
-Lead and drive projects undertaken by the department
-Assist in troubleshooting, training, programming and technical documentation work
-Act as a contact point for all projects undertaken by the department
-Allocate and organise project resources based on project requirements.
Requirement:
-Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems required
-Min 5 years working experience
-at least 2 years in managerial post,
-at least 2 years in application development,
-at least 1 year in web application development
-Strong networking and application development skills, preferably Object Oriented
-Solid knowledge on web programming, Java, Javascript, C, C++, HTML, database application development skills, operating systems (NT/Unix)
-Solid Internet, Intranet, Extranet knowledge and skills
-Proven track record in working on application development projects
-Strong analytical and synthesis thinking ability
-Strong ability to work well with close-knit teams in a high-pressure environment
