The job:
-Design,develop and implement e-Commerce solutions for customers
-Assist the Project Manager in leading and mentoring junior consultants to acquire the necessary skillsets
-To take role as project leader in the absence of the Project Manager during project deployment
-Execute and drive projects undertaken by the department
-Assist in troubleshooting, training, performance tuning and technical documentation work
-Continually improve department's operations so as to enable greater department's productivity
Requirements:
-Degree in Computer Science/Information System or equivalent
-Min 3 yrs work exp in software development and architecture
-Min 2 yrs in application development
Skills/Traits Required:
-Strong network and e-Commerce deployment skills
-Solid knowledge of object oriented programming principles
-Strong knowledge of web programming, Java, Javascript, C, C++, HTML, database application development skills, operating systems (NT/Unix), Netscape development tools
-Strong web-based application analysis and design
-Proven track record in working on web-application deployment projects
-Strong ability to work well with close-knit teams in a high-pressure environment
-Strong analytical and synthesis thinking ability
-Good leadership, communication and negotiation skills
-Fast learner, good working attitude and high level of integrity in dealing with customers
