The job:
-Lead a group of consultants to provide web based application services
-Develop and retain a group of capable, dedicated and motivated consultants
-Continually improve a department's day to day operations
-Department's spokesperson and represent department in cross functional units meeting
-Assist in writing proposal and win major projects
-Disseminate company policy and direction changes to subordinates
-Lead and drive projects undertaken by the department
-Assist in troubleshooting, training, programming and technical documentation work
-Act as a contact point for all projects undertaken by the department
-Allocate and organize project resources based on project requirements
Requirement:
-Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems required
-Min 5 yrs work exp, with 2yrs in Managerial post,2 yrs in Appliation development, and 1 yr in Web application development
Skills/Traits Required:
-Strong networking and application development skills, preferably Object Oriented
-Solid knowledge on Web programming, Java, Javascript, C, C++, HTML, database application development skills, operating systems (NT/Unix)
-Proven track record in working on application development projects
-Solid Internet, Intranet, Extranet knowledge and skills
-Strong analytical and synthesis thinking ability
-Good leadership, communication, organisational and negotiation skills
