The Job:
-Serves as a central point of resources and tasks coordination for projects from inceptiong through execution to closing and review, including:
1)Coordinate and assist in proposal preparation and enforece appropriate project feasibility accountability
2)Coordinate and assist in proposal and presentation preparation
3)Coordinate and source for professional staff resources for projects
4)Monitor project progress and enforce appropriate project schedule accountability
5)Perform internal project review periodically and at closing of project
6)Coordinate with FCM on project contract
-Serves as a centre for data collection and reporting to assist business management of consulting services, including:
1)Track and report professional staff time and enforce appropriate occupancy rate accountability
2)Maintain project resources' profile repository
-Internal processes formation & management
-Miscellaneous Office Management
-MAnage schedule, calls and handling of organisational matters to assist CTO.

Requirement:
-Degree in Applied Science or Business Administration or Social Science preferred
-5yrs overall working experience, with 2yrs in Administration duties or Operations
-Basic legal contract knowledge preferred
-Good command of English

Skills Required:
-Proficient in use of office productiviools (Microsoft, Lotus, E-mail, Spreadsheet, Presentation, etc)
-Good Business sense
