Reporting to:Regional Development Mgr
and Service Resource Dir, Asia Pacific
Job Outline:Provide support and respond to a wide variety of inquiries from Company's customers and partners via e-mail, phone or web chat in both English and Japanese
Attend to duties that include account management, fulfillment of registration processing, and address domain name related issues or name server setup
Maintain working relationships with Japan NIC or related organisations to ensure that Speednames is well positioned as a partner of the local NICs.
Address any technical or procedural changes on an on-going basis
Maintain the content delivery of in-house knowledge base in Japanese and Coporate's Japanese sites
Perform partner training when requested

Good performer will also be given the opportunity to be the trainer of the specialized processes to Speednames’ partners in the Asia region and implement in-house projects
Practical Experience: Very strong written communications skills in English and in Japanese
Should be an experienced computer and internet user
Experience with WebPages, understanding of name server set-up, Java and database and domain name knowledge would be an added advantage
Education:Graduates in the disciplines of Information Studies, E-Commerce, Internet, Computing preferred
