You will spearhead the professional consulting services division. You are responsible for the day to day general management of the division including resource management and development. You will contribute aggressively in setting of strategic dorection of the company. You will direct and grow client engagements, in addition to provide career guidance for the professional service staff.
Functional areas of this post:
-staffing & methodologies;
-resource management;
-strategic direction
Requirements:
-Degree in andy discipline, preferably with MBA
-Min 10yrs software delivery experience, with at least 2yrs in deploying e-comm solutions
-Experience in managing medium to large size development services preferably in a vendor environment
-Experience in management and development methodologies in e-business area will be an advantage
-Strong leadership, people management, interpersonal and communicaton skills
