Job:
-Prepare daily sales call as per sakes funnel ti naximise results of each priority account;
-communicate and work closely with customers in meeting their needs and expectations;
-Manage and develop a team of Business Development Managers;
-Proactive and initiate detailed plans for strategic account;
-Interact and present solutions to senior management;
-Credit management-recognise and control all current problem accounts and act accordingly;
-responsible for weekly sales forecast, consolidated monthly sales performance report and quarterly sales plan for target territory.

Requirements:
-Degree or equivalent in any discipline
-Min 7 yrs sales exp, selling total IT solutions
-Min 2 yrs ecp selling e-Commerce solutions
-Experience in leading or managing a team of Business Development Managers
-Able to access CEOs or top level management of clients organisation

Skills Required:
-proactive and continuous acquisition and well read in IT trends and forward direction;
-possess analytical and problem solving skills with a strong command of written and spoken English;
-strong communication and presentation skills;
-ability to understand and comprehend the high level Technical/Technology concept;
-sales expereince in Application Development software and professional services is preferred.
