Helpdesk Support Specialist
The suitable candidates will be required to fulfill the following:
*Provide first-level support resolution of Desktop Applications, PC hardware and software problems, complete with the highest quality call management service to users in the Asia-Pacific Region.
*Includes professional call handling, call logging and documentation, call follow-up and call closure
*Provide quick resolution on most frequently asked questions and dispatch calls to relevant IT Service
*Filing and documentation of all logged calls encountered during working hours
The suitable candidates have to possess the following:
*Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or IT related fields. Those without a diploma relevant IT experience
*Must be able to work rotating shifts (5-day week)
*Willing to learn and able to work in a team
*Have excellent communication and customer service skills
*Singaporeans & Malaysians only; preferably able to work immediate
*Training will be provided; Fresh grads are welcome to apply
