TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience designing and implementing business systems with a recent focus on e-commerce solutions with Microsoft products
Experience in defining and analyzing e-commerce business requirements
Knowledge of the following:
Windows 2000 DNA platform
Visual Studio 6.0
Windows 2000 Advanced Server and/or Windows NT 4.0 Server, Enterprise Edition
Site Server Commerce Edition v3.0
BizTalk Server 2000 and Commerce Server 2000 is a plus
IBM and Unix enterprise solutions
B2C and B2B solutions
In depth knowledge of basic business processes
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent management, leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience in advertising and marketing a plus
A proven team player
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior individual contributor who is responsible for providing strategic and functional continuity and communication for the engagement. Responsible for conceptual development, branding and marketing. Translates strategic requirements into functional requirements, identifies and customizes existing package software as appropriate, and oversees the creation of functional deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive experience with n-tier distributed application development and Web site construction preferably in multiple environments representing varying sizes of client and business requirements. Microsoft product knowledge and implementation experience is a must, knowledge of other products, especially IBM and Unix, is a plus.
Deep understanding of major business processes with a specialization in at least one major industry. Prior business process improvement and system design experience required, Customer Relationship Management or Supply Chain Management a plus.
Must be a team player, previous consulting experience required. A Bachelor’s degree in related field is desired but not required.
